We&#8217;re looking for someone with experience designing and building complex systems who can work efficiently and deliver quality results quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full stack development experience with modern frameworks (React\/Next.js, Node.js, Python), along with a strong UI\/UX design sensibility. An AI-first development mindset and experience with ML integration are essential, as is real-time application experience.
