We\u2019re a small team with big ambitions: every colleague contributes to shaping the company\u2019s next phase of growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role description:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a General Manager you will be responsible for driving and accelerating the growth of Pronova Laboratories worldwide. This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, covering the full commercial spectrum from product development, business development and international expansion to optimizing operations and partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a focus on international growth, professionalization of processes, and operational excellence, the General Manager will lead Pronova into its next stage of development. This includes building strong products, expanding global partnerships, and ensuring smooth integration between product development, quality, regulatory, and sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting directly to the shareholders, the manager will lead a compact but highly skilled team (R&amp;D, D&amp;D, QA\/RA, supply chain, and sales), whereby the General Manager balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set and execute the company\u2019s strategic direction, with a focus on international expansion and professionalization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee daily operations across R&amp;D, QA\/RA, supply chain, sales, and marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Push developments towards final MDR-certified product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships worldwide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee cross-functional alignment between product development, regulatory, quality, and sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive revenue growth while safeguarding cost efficiency and profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspire, coach, and develop the team, fostering an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent Pronova to key stakeholders and partners globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and operational leadership.
